Mr. Chaib conducts a virtual meeting with a group of Algerian doctors residing in several European countries.

The Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs in charge of the National Community Abroad, Sofiane Chaib, held a videoconference meeting with Algerian doctors residing in several European countries.
As part of regular meetings with members of the Algerian diaspora from various sectors, Chaib, alongside the Minister of Health, Mohamed Seddik Ait Messaoudene, held a videoconference meeting with a group of Algerian doctors based in several European countries. The meeting was organized in coordination with the relevant consular centers.

The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss the challenges and realities of Algeria’s health sector with distinguished doctors abroad. It also allowed to explore ways to enhance their contributions to the development of this vital and strategic sector in their home country.
The two government officials highlighted the State’s efforts to ensure the active involvement of Algerian medical professionals abroad in the national renewal and development of the health sector.
For their part, the doctors welcomed the positive and interactive atmosphere of the meeting and reaffirmed their commitment and readiness to contribute to the ongoing development of Algeria’s health system by sharing their expertise, knowledge, and successful experiences in various national health-related development projects.
