Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, received on Tuesday the Executive Secretary of the Latin American Energy Organization (OLADE), Andrés Rebolledo Smitmans, who is currently on an official visit to Algeria.
