Mr. Attaf had talks with his Portuguese counterpart

Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, the National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Mr.Ahmed Attaf, received his Portuguese counterpart, Mr.Paulo Rangel, on the sidelines of the 7th African Unio-European Union (AU-EU) Summit, held on 24-25 November, in Luanda (Angola).

The talks focused on the importance of capitalizing on the positive momentum in bilateral relations, particularly in the context of preparations for upcoming bilateral events.

The two ministers also addressed prospects for strengthening the Africa-Europe partnership in light of the outcomes of the Luanda Summit.
