Mr. Attaf, Arab League Secretary-General hold discussions in Antalya

The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, held bilateral talks Friday in Antalya with the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum.

The discussions allowed for "an in-depth exchange of views and analyses concerning current developments in the Arab world, notably in the Middle East and the Gulf region." The statement added that the two sides discussed "prospects for developing the Arab joint action framework, to better address the mounting challenges facing the Arab world."
