Statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Qatar 23/06/2025

Algeria expresses its deep concern and profound worry over the growing escalation that the situation in the Middle East witnessed, following violations of the sovereignty of the brotherly State of Qatar and its territorial integrity.

Algeria condemns these flagrant and unacceptable violations and reaffirms its solidarity as well as its support for the brotherly State of Qatar in overcoming and facing this ordeal.

Given this escalation that shows no signs of de-escalation or retreat, Algeria calls on all parties concerned with the security and stability of the Middle East to join forces to thwart the criminal and destructive schemes targeting the States and peoples of the region, through the imposition of an absolute hegemony that the Israeli aggressor now brazenly displays with total impunity and without accountability or prosecution.
