Mr. Lamamra receives the President of the Pan-African Parliament

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Mr. Ramtane LAMAMRA received today, the President of the Pan-African Parliament, Chief Fortune Charumbia, who has taken part as a guest to the 17th Conference of the Union of Parliaments of Member States of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
The discussions focused on the ways and means to enable the Pan-African Parliament to fulfill its mission and make its contribution to the common African action to promote the Agenda 2063 in all its variations.
In this regard, while reaffirming the need to provide the Pan-African Parliament with the necessary resources, both parties stressed the crucial importance of protecting this institution against the dispersion of energies in order to optimize the role and contributions of the Pan-African parliamentary institution.
