Minister Lamamra receives the President of the Palestinian National Assembly

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Mr. Ramtane Lamamra received Monday the Speaker of the Palestinian National Assembly, Rouhi Fatouh as part of his participation in the work of the 17th Conference of the Union of Parliaments of Member States of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation .

The meeting was an opportunity to discuss the latest developments in the occupied Palestinian territories, the scene of violent escalations committed by the Zionist occupier against the Palestinian people.

In this context, the Minister recalled the directives of the President of the Republic, Mr. Adelmadjid Tebboune being the current chairman of the Arab Summit to act at various levels with a view to put an end to these violations and ensure international protection to the Palestinian people.

The two parties also discussed the efforts undertaken to complete the process launched by the President of the Republic to bring together the Palestinian ranks, an initiative that was crowned by the signing of the "Algiers Declaration" by the Palestinian brothers committed to implementing the provisions of this document.
