Minister Attaf receives ANC Secretary General

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad Ahmed Attaf received Sunday the Secretary General of the African National Congress (ANC) of the Republic of South Africa, Fikile Mbalula, and the delegation accompanying him in his visit to Algeria.

The meeting allowed the two parties to touch on the state and prospects of relations between Algeria and South Africa.

On this occasion, the two officials expressed pride in the rich revolutionary and militant history linking the two countries and their brotherly peoples. This shared history has not only shaped the identity of the two countries but also united their positions in defending the oppressed and bolstering their common efforts to voice the aspirations of the African continent globally.
